Nonetheless, we are still researching the effects of our technology on fermented alcohols. Initial research shows that we are able to reduce the presence of sulfates in certain wine profiles by 50%.

Our technology substantially reduces certain impurities found in spirits. Congeners such as acetaldehyde, formaldehyde, butanol, and others are known to cause hangovers.
